Chris graduated with a First-class honours in BSc Energy at the University of Limerick in September 2015. From the course he gained a broad understanding of energy, with an emphasis on management. His final year project was titled “Vanadium Redox Flow batteries for Energy Arbitrage”. He started working at the Tipperary Energy Agency in November 2015 as a graduate Energy Analyst. Chris’s main responsibilities at the Agency are data analysis for feasibility studies and measurement and verification of savings made by completed projects. Chris also manages local authority energy accounts, while also monitoring and reporting on local authority energy consumption. Chris also has experience in energy auditing and project managing energy efficiency upgrades.
Chris is a certified Non-Domestic BER assessor, and Display Energy Certificate (DEC) assessor. Chris is also a qualified Certified Measurement & Verification Professional in-Training (will have the requisite experience for full certification in November 2018).
