This action plan includes 32 actions which will reduce Tipperary’s energy related CO2 emissions by 2020. These actions cover a wide range of sectors including agriculture, education, planning, residential, local authority and the commercial sector. The action plan will now be sent to the Covenant of Mayors office in Brussels where it will be checked by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC).
