Display Energy Certificate
A Display Energy Certificate (DEC) is a document that shows how energy efficient a public building is. The aim of a DEC is to encourage public building owners to improve energy efficiency by displaying their energy performance.

Non-domestic BER
Non-Domestic Building Energy Rating (NDBER) is a rating system used to assess the energy performance of non-domestic buildings in Ireland. The BER certificate shows the annual primary energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions associated with space heating, water heating, ventilation, lighting, and any related pumps or fans. These annual energy‑use and emissions figures are estimates and are not based on actual measured energy consumption or emissions data.
