Tipperary Energy Agency is governed by a Board of Directors and by the terms of the organisation’s Constitution. Tipperary Energy Agency is a non-profit company limited by guarantee (CRO: 280878).
The Board agrees the strategic direction of the organisation and the CEO and team deliver it.
There are two Board subcommittees, namely the HR Committee and Audit & Risk Committee.
Tipperary Energy Agency is the trusted partner for Tipperary and the region, providing expert advice and innovative solutions in energy efficiency, renewable energy and climate action.
